December is my most fav time of the year, Christmas and the most important  is that I get to gulp the seasonal Treat - Plum cake.

Coming from a Bakery town - thoothukudi, these cakes are Available through out the year yet I truly enjoy the authentic one soaked in Rum!

Ingredients : Wheat flour, Raisins, Almonds, Cashews, Dried papaya, Dates, Sultanas, Cherries, Eggs, Baking soda, Butter,Rum Spices - Clove, nutmeg, dry ginger , cinnamon

PS: The cake is pregnancy  & breastfeeding safe, as the cake is baked and thoroughly and not soaked in rum after the baking. A piece of cake can make you feel all the Christmas & New year vibes
