Why No Certification?

Dear Amatoites, One question……..& one question is all that we ask. Do you believe in the A4 size Certificate from your College/University or the Talent & Skill that you possess? A paper can’t decide what you are, right? Similarly, we don’t let a mere paper decide our quality. You stand as testimony yourself and our fellow Amatoite’s reviews are more worthy & valuable than any Certifying organization as you have experienced our products first hand. 

We, at Amato source 80% of our raw materials from our own farms. All yields from our farm are Organically grown with natural nourishments. Coconut oil, Aloe Vera gel, Turmeric, Lemon, Neem, Basil, Goose berry, Hibiscus & Curry Leaves, etc. are some of the products we grow for our customers in our land in the natural way. Our Family was put to test every product before being introduced in the market. Will someone let one’s family suffer from harsh chemicals or inferior products? Every customer at Amato is an extended family member.

If you ask whether our farm produce are organic, we would say YES! But if you ask us to prove them through a certified agency we would say it wouldn’t be ethically right. Having a diverse Flora in a country like India, it is highly impossible to identify if a crop is Hybrid or Genetically Modified or a Natural breed. Though we practice Organic Farming there are still chances that the Cow dung has its own chemical components which comes in through its feed which is no longer organic. Although we try our best, it is highly impractical to control the entire food chain.

This is one of the main reasons we don’t want to lure our customers just by getting things printed on a piece of paper. We value your Trust more than anything else. And one other reason for not approaching for certification is that the added cost it brings with the process. For example, let’s imagine the cost of acquiring Certification is few lakhs. Where do you think these costs end up? A firm will eventually transfer this cost on the customer’s head. We don’t want to burden you with that extra cost for just a fancy Certificate.
